Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- Manage client success efforts across hospitals, cardiology practices, partnerships, and more.
- Establish KPIs for the Client Success team and track performance using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Services for a seamless client experience.
