Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in client success manager or account management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience building and scaling a Client Success organization.
  • Proven track record of managing client success in healthcare settings.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in cardiology and imaging.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Experience as a 'player-coach', engaging in hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills, especially with C-level executives.
  • Data-driven mindset for analyzing metrics.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and build a tailored playbook for each customer type that aligns with their business goals.
  • Take on a hands-on role in managing and executing client success activities.
  • Build trusting relationships with customer leadership through business reviews and strategy planning.
  • Manage client success efforts across hospitals, cardiology practices, partnerships, and more.
  • Establish KPIs for the Client Success team and track performance using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Services for a seamless client experience.
  • Develop strategies to maximize client retention and identify growth opportunities.
  • Advocate for client needs within the organization and integrate feedback into product development.
  • Build a client success organization from the ground up.
