Director, Competitive Intelligence

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, solution engineering, or revenue-facing roles.
• 7+ years of product marketing or competitive intelligence experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling competitive initiatives with strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience with Salesforce and Excel.
• Familiarity with competitive enablement platforms like Klue.
• Exceptional communications skills with cross-functional and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Build a deep understanding of products, customers, and competitors in the social media landscape.
• Enable Revenue teams to tell compelling stories about the platform and solutions.
• Gather insights to educate cross-functional partners.
• Partner with leadership to define strategy based on competitive landscape.
• Own and develop the competitive enablement platform.
• Conduct win/loss analyses and present findings to executives.
• Set strategy for scaling the competitive intelligence program.
