• At least 2 years within the onchain ecosystem.
• Foundational expertise in software development fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of and passion for blockchain technology.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various types of onchain developers.
• Powerful storytelling skills in written, verbal, and visual formats.
• Demonstrated track record of creating campaigns for new customer acquisition and community engagement.
• Advanced quantitative and deductive skills.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn technical topics.
• Strong relationship-building skills with product and cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and execution of the Coinbase Developer Platform’s integrated marketing strategy and related developer-focused products and services.
• Be the voice of the customer and trusted advisor as to how current and future clients’ needs inform product messaging, brand differentiation, and marketing content.
• Develop and lead successful product launches, developer activation/retention programs, and marketing/GTM campaigns.
• Partner closely with business development and sales to create compelling marketing collateral.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to build customer pipelines and achieve developer acquisition and retention rates.
• Measure and report against the performance of product marketing initiatives.
• Think big about the future of onchain development.
