Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in outbound sales, preferably in software sales.
- Track record of achieving sales quota and generating new opportunities.
- Technical experience in the SaaS field (especially CMS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Swedish languages.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Experience with outbound sales tactics and sales tech stack.
- Accountable and strong drive to deliver results in a fast-growing company.
- Self-motivated in a highly autonomous, independent remote working culture.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads and prospects through inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct high volume prospecting and engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Cold call, handle objections, and book meetings over the phone.
- Attend marketing events and conferences to network and build rapport with prospects.
- Nurture long-term relationships with mid-market and large enterprise companies.
- Develop new ideas and strategies for identifying and winning potential customers.
- Work closely with Account Executives to align on pipeline generating strategies.
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
