Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in outbound sales, preferably in software sales.
  • Track record of achieving sales quota and generating new opportunities.
  • Technical experience in the SaaS field (especially CMS) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish languages.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Experience with outbound sales tactics and sales tech stack.
  • Accountable and strong drive to deliver results in a fast-growing company.
  • Self-motivated in a highly autonomous, independent remote working culture.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads and prospects through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Conduct high volume prospecting and engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Cold call, handle objections, and book meetings over the phone.
  • Attend marketing events and conferences to network and build rapport with prospects.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with mid-market and large enterprise companies.
  • Develop new ideas and strategies for identifying and winning potential customers.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to align on pipeline generating strategies.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
