Requirements:
- 2-5 years previous experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of HR practices and principles in Romania and experience in UK, Germany, or other EMEA countries is a plus.
- Essential technical skills: HRIS (preferably Workday), Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle competing priorities, exceptional attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Own New Hire Orientation and weekly onboarding processes for assigned locations.
- Responsible for the new hire employee experience, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain the HRIS system and update employee information including status changes and terminations.
- Provide guidance on internal people operation processes for employees.
- Prepare documents for new hires and employment changes.
- Partner with payroll teams to audit and provide information for payroll processing.
- Manage employee vacation balances and other internal projects.
- Coordinate with the Benefits & Wellness team for employee benefits administration.
- Maintain compliance with local occupational health requirements.
- Assist with company-wide People Operations programs and special projects.
