Requirements:

• Bachelor degree.
• At least 8 years of production/project management experience.
• 7 years of proven experience in game development.
• Experience in internal production/project management on at least 4 published game products.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong collaborative skills to convey creative concepts.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with game development pipelines from pre-production to post-production.
• Experience in AAA and indie game development.
• Familiarity with Unity and Unreal Engines.
• Familiarity with art/audio/development pipelines.
• Project management training from a recognized program.
• Membership in PMI or a similar project management association.
• Additional spoken/written languages.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to develop project proposals including resources.
• Develop project schedules considering features, timeline, and resources.
• Identify and schedule project milestones.
• Manage RFP schedules and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain communication with all PTW departments.
• Review game and technical design documents.
• Organize subject matter experts for proposal estimates.
• Build worldwide cross-discipline teams for projects.
• Facilitate communication among team members.
• Manage project budgets, features, resources, and timelines.
• Refine and disseminate the product vision.
• Utilize project management techniques for timely delivery.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment.
• Translate client needs into creative direction.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
