Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Basic Sciences, or Marketing.
• 7-9 years' work experience in the healthcare industry.
• 5-7 years' experience with medical device coding, coverage, and payment.
• Functional experience in healthcare consulting, business development, or healthcare policy.
• CPC accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurer reimbursement methods.
• Understanding of healthcare benefits and coding (CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, HCPCS).
• Excellent communication, technical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities:

• Educate, train and support the sales team on coding, coverage, and payment issues.
• Assist customers with reimbursement challenges and respond to inquiries.
• Develop presentations and reimbursement tools for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for favorable coding and coverage decisions.
• Research reimbursement coverage issues through various channels.
• Analyze payor policies related to Calyxo products.
• Develop and monitor a payer database and initiatives.
• Contribute to sales training programs and attend relevant meetings.
