Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; a combination of education and work experience can be substituted.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in advertising or translation agency.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PPT & Excel.
  • Basic understanding of P&L Management.
  • 5+ years' experience with industry leading Translation Software (CAT Tools).
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience with Global Account Management.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and international strategy skills.
  • Bilingual.
  • Excellent customer service, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for day-to-day client relationship management.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of client onboarding for localization and globalization services.
  • Develop frameworks that account for regional market complexities, legal considerations, and cultural nuances.
  • Provide advice and support to transcreation team regarding project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage billing and provide monthly billing reports.
  • Conduct follow-ups and client satisfaction surveys.
  • Identify potential new business for existing clients.
  • Support issue escalation and resolution for Globalization team.
  • Lead or participate in RFPs and pitches for clients.
  • Initiate research on new developments and investigate competitors.
