Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in system analysis, design, and development.
• Previous experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Quality Assurance.
• Proficient in systems analysis and consulting with users.
• Strong knowledge in designing, developing, and modifying computer systems or programs.
• Experience in documentation creation, testing, and analysis.
• Familiarity with updating databases and modifying predictive analytics.
• Competence in JavaScript source code creation and updates.
• Proficient in computer skills with an understanding of HTML.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage a large number of calls with empathy towards customer concerns.
• Respond to customer questions and issues in a timely manner via phone, CRM, or email.
• Provide technical assistance for concerns related to the Darwin product.
• Document all correspondence using the CRM system.
• Maintain quality interactions with customers and use active listening.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating dependability.
