Requirements:
- 8+ years of full cycle sales experience in the enterprise sector with a strong background in security or networking software.
- 5+ years of co-selling experience with an established partner network.
- Skilled in delivering tailored 'teaching conversations' to prospects.
- Able to engage urgently and capitalize on sales channels effectively.
- Strong question-asking and listening skills, with technical understanding of solutions.
- Proven track record of selling to C-suite executives and a solid network of contacts in the region.
- Experience adapting in a fast-paced company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front-line leader in the Illumio field organization, finding and creating new sales opportunities within target accounts.
- Lead a virtual team to win opportunities and create a territory plan focused on 'landing and expanding'.
- Drive regional sales plans with collaboration between ADRs, partner managers, and field resources.
- Accurately forecast business objectives for clients and Illumio.
- Identify and build relationships with resellers, system integrators, and other partners.
