Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Provide expert guidance and support on Aperia software products.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and documentation of complaints.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with product information, company policies, and procedures.
