Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• At least 2 years in a leadership position managing a team of SDRs or BDAs.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and pipeline management.
• Strong coaching abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with sales development tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft.

Responsibilities:

• Inspire, train, and mentor a team of BDAs in lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Oversee the team's sales pipeline and ensure follow-up on qualified opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and track team performance, making improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handoff and campaign feedback.
• Develop and implement best practices for lead generation and qualification.
