Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product/service/project management or software development.
• At least 5 years of experience in bioinformatics or clinical operations.
• Proven subject matter expertise in biomarker data and sample operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Research and determine client and market needs for a SaaS-based product.
• Create and manage a visual representation of the product vision.
• Assess product features to align with the analytics vision.
• Deep collaboration with data platform teams to enhance analytics.
• Manage product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
• Lead product grooming sessions and ensure effective release planning.
• Collaborate on post-release activities and implement feedback.
