Requirements:

• Some experience in Technical Consulting, Penetration Testing, IT or System Administration, or Defensive Security.
• Understanding of SaaS models and cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to explain and present complex technical ideas clearly.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience with the Hack The Box platform is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop skills and provide support to the team and clients.
• Assist with demos and address client inquiries to aid the sales organization.
• Collaborate on small to midsize projects and take initiative to suggest improvements.
• Provide technical support and resolve moderate client inquiries.
