• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize workflows using Zapier, creating and troubleshooting automation processes.
• Maintain and enhance CRM connections in HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
• Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights using analytics tools to support decision-making.
• Document and update workflows, processes, and technical guides for internal use.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to resolve them.
• Assist in implementing technical solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Provide support for ad hoc technical and administrative tasks as required.
