Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize workflows using Zapier, creating and troubleshooting automation processes.
- Maintain and enhance CRM connections in HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
- Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights using analytics tools to support decision-making.
- Document and update workflows, processes, and technical guides for internal use.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to resolve them.
- Assist in implementing technical solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide support for ad hoc technical and administrative tasks as required.
