• A robust portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design and video editing projects.
• Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with franchises or service-based businesses is a bonus.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies.
• Previous experience in creating educational or training content is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and refine over 500+ education-style videos for the internal academy.
• Rapidly produce short 1–2 minute videos utilizing AI tools for video, graphic, and audio content.
• Edit and enhance existing educational videos for clarity and engagement.
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms.
• Design advertisements to promote services and brand identity.
• Create high-quality marketing materials and website graphics.
• Collaborate on creative campaigns and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
