Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst in large corporations.
• Proven knowledge of reporting and analytics leveraging Workday.
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions and documenting workflows.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues and trends.
• Ability to control and coordinate concurrent projects with critical deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing Workday reports including matrix and composite reports.
• Translate business requirements into user-friendly reports and dashboards.
• Lead key projects and mentor team members.
• Respond to a range of reporting requests of varying complexity.
• Analyze, design, and build custom reports and audits, understanding downstream impacts.
• Maintain reporting functionality during system implementations and other changes.
• Collaborate with clients to gather reporting requirements and implement feedback.
• Generate and maintain SOPs, ensuring consistent application of policies.
• Train and act as a subject matter expert on Workday functionalities.
• Contribute to the development of reporting standards and support data governance.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and support report writers.
• Offer insights to improve reporting processes and accuracy.
• Research new Workday features to meet user needs.
