Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years’ progressive experience within new product introduction, procurement, and production planning.
• Desired experience with NetSuite and good understanding of supply chain metrics.
• Experience managing external partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategic and tactical planning of manufacturing to support innovation product pipeline.
• Maximize service level performance of vendors for on-time project delivery.
• Provide weekly procurement updates and manage production timelines in partnership with NPD Ops.
• Develop production schedules and coordinate component deliveries for product launches.
• Resolve production issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure accurate creation of item bills and costing, and attend governance meetings for updates.
