Requirements:

• 5+ years administrating SQL Server databases.
• Windows Servers, IIS, SharePoint.
• SQL Server administrator experience.
• Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, Ansible, etc.).
• Experience with database migrations and upgrades.
• Strong Windows Server administration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ownership and self-direction in managing Windows and SQL servers.
• PowerShell and/or .Net experiences.
• Eagerness to learn and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Windows servers with IIS, SharePoint, and MS Entra integration.
• Install, configure, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases.
• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell or other scripting tools.
• Optimize server and database performance through query tuning and resource management.
• Implement best practices for system and database security.
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot complex issues for stability and uptime.
• Establish and maintain robust backup and recovery procedures.
• Proactively monitor systems for performance issues and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and application teams.
