Product Design Coach (VP+)

Requirements:

• A director, vice president, or senior product design leader with 20+ years of experience managing product design teams and coaching individuals.
• Desire to transform people leadership skills into meaningful coaching skills.
• Passion for helping individuals advance and build fulfilling careers.
• Self-aware with a high emotional IQ, creating a safe space for vulnerability.
• Commitment to growing coaching skills with a growth mindset, regardless of coaching experience.
• Comfortable in a constantly changing startup environment.
• Able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for 18+ months.

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools.
• Participating in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills.
• Communicating with members via your Mento email or chat in the Mento App in between sessions.
• Sharing coaching tools and insights within the Mento coaching community.
• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.
