• Proven track record in affiliate marketing with an established network of affiliates.
• Deep understanding of the UK retail market.
• Experience building and scaling affiliate programs from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of attribution, reattribution, and incrementality of publishers.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage publisher networks to deliver predictable growth across all markets.
• Proactively manage an editorial content strategy to increase media coverage and drive sales.
• Identify and recruit a diverse range of affiliate partners including discount code, CSS partners, and influencers.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics to drive meaningful impact.
