Requirements:

- Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking of products or materials as needed.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and issuing them to suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with agreements.
- Process and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and delivery issues.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing for budget tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure proper handling of payments and invoices.
- Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
