Responsibilities:

• Design training solutions for clients and understand their business needs.
• Engage in Design Workshops to deliver impactful learning ideas.
• Lead a team of Instructional Designers to create creative and modern training solutions.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate online learning based on client needs.
• Guide on writing for various formats including e-learning and printed materials.
• Manage course content files and organize course reviews.
