Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a nice to have but not required.
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing sales data.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with and experience using VOIP/UCaaS Desktop Phones like RingCentral, Skyswitch, Zoom Phone, Dialpad, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media referrals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in CRM software.
