Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales management experience in the EOR, payroll, or HR tech space.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in GTM strategy development for both inbound and outbound sales engines.
- Demonstrated ability to sell up-market into midmarket and enterprise accounts.
- Ability to foster partnerships with PEOs, EORs, payroll providers, and other partners.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a distributed, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team of 6-8 AEs.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for inbound leads and outbound sales motions.
- Drive multi-threaded sales processes for larger accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and pipeline management.
- Own and drive regional revenue targets while ensuring profitability.
- Identify opportunities for market share expansion.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations for customer satisfaction.
