Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in complex channel partnerships and/or B2B D2E and HR/Benefits market.
• Preferred established Consultant and/or D2E relationships.
• Preferred previous experience negotiating contracts.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Entrepreneurial and flexible in responding to change while managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Desire to grow as a startup executive and mentor.

Responsibilities:

• Field inbound leads from businesses and organizations looking to access BetterHelp’s services.
• Partner with employers, non-profits, universities, and government agencies.
• Lead outreach initiatives to prospective clients through outbound communication.
• Manage and maintain the sales funnel utilizing top sales enablement and CRM systems.
• Gain insight into client needs and work with internal teams to provide solutions.
• Own KPIs and periodically present them to senior leadership.
• Provide customer support and demonstrate care for clients.
