Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of Epic Clarity Data Model (EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient (IP)) analytics development.
  • 5+ years of SQL query and stored procedure development experience.
  • Working knowledge of Epic tools such as Slicer Dicer, Cogito SQL, Radar.
  • Strong ability to work directly with operational clinical leaders, project office, clinic staff and other stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with Epic, and County Epic application builders to capture official workflow documentation efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong communication skills to document and communicate with analytics and other TSS management on status, risks and issues
  • Ability to transition work, train, and provide mentorship to junior developers on best practices, perform SQL code reviews, and peer reviews of deliverables.
  • Ability to follow Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle standards for Unit Test, Peer Test/Review, SME Validation and production migration and publishing.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in the Epic Cogito Clarity Custody Health space, especially on Ambulatory, Inpatient, Regulatory / State required fillings, Quality and related metrics.
  • Gather & documenting and confirming requirements gathering, designing solution, obtaining SME signoff, coding, testing/validation, UAT, & documentation.
  • Work directly with operational clinical leaders, project office, clinic staff and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Epic, and County Epic application builders to capture official workflow documentation efficiently and accurately.
  • Document and communicate with analytics and other TSS management on status, risks and issues
