Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and building codes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and procurement of materials.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with architectural and engineering standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or delays and implementing corrective measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed to quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Prepare and present project updates to clients and upper management.
• Oversee the hiring and management of subcontractors and tradespeople.
• Ensure that all projects comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
