Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and procurement of materials.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with architectural and engineering standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or delays and implementing corrective measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed to quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Prepare and present project updates to clients and upper management.
- Oversee the hiring and management of subcontractors and tradespeople.
- Ensure that all projects comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
