Construction Manager

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related role. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively. Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and building codes. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to travel to different job sites as necessary.

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion. Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and procurement of materials. Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with architectural and engineering standards. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or delays and implementing corrective measures. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed to quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Prepare and present project updates to clients and upper management. Oversee the hiring and management of subcontractors and tradespeople. Ensure that all projects comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
