Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve seed sales goals (gross profit, revenue, etc.).
  • Achieve chemical sales goals (gross profit, revenue, etc.).
  • Recruit, train and develop Community Builders.
  • Understand growers' crop input needs and forecast product needs.
  • Develop a territory business plan to achieve objectives.
  • Work with Community Builders on Revenue & Action Plans.
  • Lead product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Promote the collection of relevant data from farmers.
  • Use Salesforce to manage interactions and sales processes.
  • Organize sales events within the territory.
  • Document and report suggestions for process improvement.
  • Represent FBN at industry trade shows.
  • Educate Community Builders and Farmers on FBN's platform.
