Requirements:

• 5+ years of equivalent experience from various educational backgrounds: Ph.D., Master's, or Bachelor's in a technical field.
• Strong skills in statistics and data exploration, with knowledge of EDA best practices.
• Advanced SQL experience; familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience in A/B testing and designing experiments.
• Knowledge of machine learning, particularly with tabular data and tree-based models like XGBoost.
• Proficiency in Python, including the data stack (Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, Matplotlib, PyTorch).
• Good communication skills for technical documents and presentations.
• Able to learn business needs and prioritize multiple assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to result validation and model deployment.
• Communicate research results effectively to various stakeholders.
• Research and experiment with extensive datasets to gain insights and drive innovation.
• Conduct analysis to optimize dispatching operations and improve customer satisfaction.
