Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with international or remote hiring.
• Experience recruiting in Spanish-speaking countries is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness of Spanish-speaking regions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential candidates in Spanish-speaking countries through various channels.
• Conduct initial interviews in Spanish to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and assist candidates during the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
