Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the ad tech industry.
• Good knowledge of web technologies, including HTML and APIs, plus SQL proficiency.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience with mobile measurement partners like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Kochava.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and diligent working style.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on integrating products.
• Debug technical issues and coordinate with the tech/product team for resolutions.
• Ensure efficient onboarding processes for new clients.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Support, and Engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including guides and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams.
