Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in B2C/B2B SaaS or in-house e-commerce.
• Working knowledge of Bloomreach Engagement platform features preferred.
• Experience in online analytics, performance marketing, marketing automation, and data science beneficial.
• Strong consulting skills, including communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Independence and self-organization in ambiguous situations.
• Understanding of technology related to marketing cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert (SME) on the Bloomreach Engagement platform.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice in the US.
• Support clients in improving their sites or apps, including web audits and A/B testing.
• Communicate with clients to educate them on the platform and prepare reports.
• Oversee the implementation of client applications and maintain regular communication.
