Configuration Specialist - Healthcare SaaS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a helpdesk environment.
• Experience with SaaS is a must.
• Great attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with healthcare software systems and regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Configure client accounts on the software platform, including user management and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to configuration and resolve them promptly.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide support.
• Collaborate with the development team and product team to enhance the software platform.
• Maintain accurate records of client configurations and changes.
• Set up software, customize settings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems operate optimally.
• Configure modules as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with the Product & Engineering team over bugs and enhancements.
• Configure automation within the application for patients.
• Test the configured application before the go-live date.
