Requirements:

• Demonstrates a clear and concise style of communication with a creative/fun spin where relevant.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media-related roles.
• Keen sense and understanding of the crypto market and its dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of Reddit and cryptocurrency sub-communities.
• Familiarity with X (Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Bonus if familiar with Discord and Telegram channels.
• Ability to multitask and manage different channels simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with remote and startup experience being a plus.
• A meme connoisseur and video content creation experience (e.g. IG reels and TikTok) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high quality, engaging, original content that can be used cross-platform.
• Own and operate multiple official social media channels and oversee content strategy and output.
• Drive effective and creative social media campaigns while collaborating with various teams.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Innovate strategies for testing and learning and deliver measurable results.
• Analyze the social media landscape to give actionable insights on hot topics and sentiments.
• Engage and build communities through one-on-one and one-to-many conversations.
