Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience in a SaaS or technology environment.

- Solid understanding of Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Advanced analytical skills with knowledge of Excel or similar tools.

- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Collaborative team-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage internal projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
- Identify and implement process improvement solutions.
- Develop metrics and reporting systems for project tracking.
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
- Drive change management efforts for new initiatives.
- Manage key communications for the CX team.
