Continuous Improvement Specialist - Manufacturing

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in continuous improvement, field sales, or engineering within manufacturing or adjacent industries.
• Strong background in industries such as food manufacturing, CPG, materials, or automotive.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, operational efficiency, quality control, and safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making and conducting ROI calculations.
• Technical aptitude to learn about vision AI solutions and articulate their benefits.
• Experience in building relationships with manufacturing clients, especially with plant managers and technical teams.
• Business development skills including the ability to identify opportunities and lead engagements.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth, onsite assessments with plant managers and technical teams to identify inefficiencies, quality issues, and safety concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding operational challenges and aligning AI solutions.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design tailored AI applications for identified challenges.
• Conduct assessments to identify areas for AI-driven improvements.
• Analyze and present potential benefits of AI implementation, focusing on clear ROI.
• Provide support during deployment and adoption of AI solutions.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma for process enhancements.
• Provide training and support to clients during AI deployment.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and manufacturing, sharing insights with clients and the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale relationships with manufacturing customers.
