Requirements:
  • 5+ years of quota carrying experience in online media, software, or SaaS.
  • Good knowledge of online marketing and internet marketing.
  • Strong technology skills to discuss digital marketing topics.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals at the C-level.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue quota in account retention and upsell roles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Own a portfolio of existing accounts and take responsibility for their retention and growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proactively manage renewals in key accounts in cooperation with the Customer Success team.
  • Collaborate in a team selling environment with solution consultants.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly performance with minimal margin of error.
  • Stay informed about industry changes and confidently communicate the CDP value proposition.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within targeted accounts.
