Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering revenue at or above target, individually and as a team lead.
- Experience in client-facing roles delivering innovative SaaS recurring revenue software products, analytics, or consulting services.
- Experience managing five or more direct reports and leading other managers.
- Hands-on experience with sales, marketing, and healthcare data.
- Advanced storytelling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and projects under pressure.
- Demonstrated capability in growing and retaining high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define AVP-level account assignments and quota assignments to operationalize strategy.
- Develop short-term and long-term strategies for quota attainment and enterprise relationships.
- Revise strategies based on new opportunities and challenges.
- Act as a closer for stalled opportunities.
- Provide coaching and mentorship for AVPs.
- Oversee first-line manager duties for AVPs.
- Ensure completion of AVP commitments.
