Work with the leadership team to formulate an outbound lead generation strategy, including identifying target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and key performance indicators (KPIs). Design the end-to-end outbound lead generation process, including research, tools, outreach messaging, follow-ups, qualification, and handoff to Account Executives. Run the entire end-to-end outbound process and prospecting activities personally to test and refine the overall process for the rest of the team. Hire, train, and lead new SDRs, managing their onboarding, coaching, communication, objection handling, and more. Track individual SDRs and team’s activity and performance, providing them with feedback based on their performance, pipeline health, and customer insights.
