Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of SaaS consulting experience (NetSuite experience a plus).
• General project management and execution skills required.
• Familiarity with business systems and exposure to multiple platforms and integrations is a plus.
• Comfortable with business analysis work and a strong understanding of business principles.
• Solid grasp of basic accounting principles and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, impeccable communication skills, and a customer service focus.

Responsibilities:

• Independently execute implementations of SquareWorks’s software products, including scheduling client meetings, performing discovery and configuration, guiding user acceptance testing, managing deployment to production, and producing required documentation.
• Execute daily and weekly project management activities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with support for existing clients, handle troubleshooting, provide training, and modify configurations as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the development of implementation best practices.
