Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Bilingual: Native Japanese and English fluent.
- At least 2 years’ experience to sell or serve B2B product.
- Residing in Japan/eligible to work in Japan.
- Domestic business trip required.
- Experience to manage multiple sales channels including Direct Sales and Reseller Channel.
- Knowledge of the sales cycle, sales process and demonstrated closing skills.
- Maintain and update company CRM (Salesforce).
- Ability to quickly learn and understand all aspects of new products, technologies and offerings.
- Results orientated.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plan and strategy to achieve the targets.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
- Secure new business opportunities arising from incoming leads (phone/online/email).
- Cold call to ensure robust pipeline opportunities.
- Analyze program results and key business metrics to assess program effectiveness.
- Work closely with outside partners, vendors, and internal Consensus teams including Corporate Marketing, Customer Service, GTM Operations, Corporate Billing, and Product & Technology Group.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
