Requirements:

• Excellent scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Perl).
• Experience building and maintaining large scale, cloud-based container platforms (IaaS and PaaS).
• Knowledge of deployment automation solutions (Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible).
• Experience with AWS (certification is a plus).
• Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitlabCI, Jenkins, Maven, Ant).
• Familiarity with security automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer on a cross-functional agile team preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Helps increase speed of delivery, improve quality/security of code, and optimize processes.
• Identifies bottlenecks in development and delivery processes and works with team members to improve them.
• Responsible for infrastructure-as-code deployment tooling and supporting services on multiple cloud providers.
• Develops automation pipelines and CI/CD with team collaboration.
• Creates self-serve tools for development teams to support the SDLC.
• Participates in application artifact deployment and delivery planning.
• Performs maintenance tasks like infrastructure health checks and monitoring.
• Collaborates with the DevOps team to deliver consistent solutions.
