Requirements:

• CeMap certification is required.
• At least 2 years of whole-of-market experience is necessary.
• Recent experience in residential purchase and BTL mortgage advising is preferred.
• Must possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases.
• Provide a high-level customer experience consistently.
• Be performance-driven with accountability for business targets.
• Flexibility to work early and late shifts, including 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Contact pre-qualified online fact-find leads generated through Mojo's mortgage journey.
• Provide expert advice on whole-of-market mortgage options using Mojo's in-house software.
• Assess customer applications and deliver high-quality recommendations.
• Keep customers informed throughout the process and manage your pipeline effectively.
• Collaborate with administrators and case managers to support mortgage DIPs and applications.
• Request and check customer documents as needed.
• Support continuous innovation by testing new ideas and processes.
