Requirements:

CeMap qualification is required.
At least 2 years of experience in the whole of market mortgage advising.
Experience with residential purchase and preferably BTL mortgages.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases concurrently.
Must be performance-driven and accountable for targets.
Flexible to work a mix of early and late shifts, and Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities:

Contact pre-qualified online fact find leads generated through the online mortgage journey.
Provide expert advice on whole-of-market mortgage options using Mojo's in-house software.
Assess customer applications and deliver high-quality recommendations.
Keep customers informed throughout the mortgage process and manage pipeline efficiently.
Collaborate with administrators and case managers to support mortgage DIPS and applications.
Test new ideas and processes for continuous innovation in mortgage advice technology.
