Responsibilities:
- Leverage software engineering expertise to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide high-level technical support to enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams for issue resolution.
- Apply knowledge of security, bot management, and fraud prevention.
- Mentor and support other Support Engineers.
- Develop and improve support processes and tools.
