Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role within Cloud Data or related Life Sciences software is required.
- Experience selling complex data platforms and translating their value to enterprise customers is required.
- Proven track record in closing $1M+ SaaS sales opportunities and growing accounts into 8-figure opportunities.
- Understanding of the entire sales cycle including Prospecting, Qualifying, Presentation, Demonstration, POC, negotiation, and closing.
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, MEDDIC, Challenger Sales).
- Experience with digital sales stacks (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator) and social selling.
- Strong forecasting and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a changing work environment.
- Biotech, Life Sciences, or Big Pharma domain expertise is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the growth & adoption of TetraScience Scientific Data Cloud
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying through closing.
- Uncover new opportunities from existing customers and target accounts.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by managing your pipeline.
- Leverage and coordinate cross-functional teams as needed for complex sales cycles.
- Engage in team development and mentoring.
- Lead presentations of TetraScience Data Integration Products to various stakeholders.
- Travel to customers and events to promote TetraScience products.
