Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role within Cloud Data or related Life Sciences software is required.
  • Experience selling complex data platforms and translating their value to enterprise customers is required.
  • Proven track record in closing $1M+ SaaS sales opportunities and growing accounts into 8-figure opportunities.
  • Understanding of the entire sales cycle including Prospecting, Qualifying, Presentation, Demonstration, POC, negotiation, and closing.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, MEDDIC, Challenger Sales).
  • Experience with digital sales stacks (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator) and social selling.
  • Strong forecasting and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing work environment.
  • Biotech, Life Sciences, or Big Pharma domain expertise is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the growth & adoption of TetraScience Scientific Data Cloud
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying through closing.
  • Uncover new opportunities from existing customers and target accounts.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by managing your pipeline.
  • Leverage and coordinate cross-functional teams as needed for complex sales cycles.
  • Engage in team development and mentoring.
  • Lead presentations of TetraScience Data Integration Products to various stakeholders.
  • Travel to customers and events to promote TetraScience products.
