Senior Partnership and M&A Manager (m/f/x)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, M&A, or corporate development. At least 5 years of experience in a technology or railway industry setting. Proven track record of executing complex transactions. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial modeling skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Passion for technology, innovation, and sustainability in the railway sector.

Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with technology partners and collaborators. Lead negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements. Develop and execute M&A strategy, managing end-to-end process. Conduct in-depth industry and market analyses for growth opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders in railway and technology sectors. Work with COO and finance on financial viability of opportunities. Lead a team focused on partnerships, M&A, and strategy.
