Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in lead generation, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role, ideally in healthcare or education.
• Proven experience growing and managing B2C and B2B contact lists.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Mailchimp.
• Experience working within a CMS to manage content.
• Strong ability to develop and execute nurture campaigns and content-driven marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow consumer email and contact lists.
• Own execution of B2C campaigns, including email, webinars, and digital events.
• Build and manage contact lists of pediatricians, health professionals, and school staff.
• Design and execute targeted B2B nurture campaigns to drive sales leads.
• Segment audiences for tailored messaging.
• Use analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
