Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong focus on application and product security.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep technical knowledge with hands-on skills for conducting security assessments.
• Ability to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for product security.
• Excellent collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts.
• Experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Experience leading distributed teams in a remote-first environment is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Build and mature a comprehensive Product Security program that aligns with Calendly's growth.
• Embed security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Lead efforts to secure AI features, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to influence architecture with a security-first approach.
• Support application security through technical assessments and incident response.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of security engineers.
• Advocate for security best practices within Calendly and the broader tech community.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards and manage audits.
