Product Manager, Creator Content and Shop

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years of experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, and/or creator products.
• Strong analytics skills with tools like Amplitude and Looker.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to approach problems with system-level thinking.
• Experience driving consumer-facing features from ideation to delivery.
• Empathy for customers grounded in data and research.
• Ability to manage and prioritize projects across ecosystems.
• Understanding and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency.
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment.
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of Creators and their content needs/problems and aspirations.
• Propose product features based on product gaps by analyzing feature performance leveraging analytics tools.
• Define a roadmap for your area and a strategy to maximize the impact to our creators.
• Drive product requirements definition, product planning, and ideation for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Data Science, and Engineers to build user experiences that delight customers.
• Set up experiments and conduct in-depth post-launch analyses on product performance.
